Questions before booking
Use Localrent's official contact page for questions about an offer, payment or the booking process. Include your destination and planned dates, but do not send full payment-card details.
An existing reservation
Contact Localrent through the confirmation details for booking changes or cancellation. Have your reservation number ready. Check the cancellation terms before requesting a change; a revised time or location can affect the price.
Ferry delays and vehicle handover
For arrival delays, meeting points, fuel, the vehicle or the return inspection, contact the supplier listed on your voucher. Save its details before travel. Vrenty Car does not operate a collection desk at the port.
